Joao describes this book as a window into the intricacies of his mind, a view of the ghosts which crowd his imagination in the moment he starts to create a tattoo. In fact, Genesis was chosen as the title in order to capture this great artist’s creative gestures, and allow readers to participate in the birth of so many amazing works on skin.These images are not presented in any particular thematic or chronological order.
