INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF FAULTY AND NON-CONFORMING GOODS
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You are entitled to withdraw from the contract, without stating a reason or incurring a penalty, within 15 (fifteen) days from when you receive the product or if several products on one order are delivered separately, from the date the last product was received.
To exercise a right of withdrawal, the Consumer shall notify Mediafriends srl, with registered office in Corso Lodi 18, 20135 Milan - Italy of his intentions by phoning the no. +39 028322431 or by e-mail at the address firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive the returns authorisation number.
After sending your request, you will receive a withdrawal confirmation email with the returned materials form that must be included in the packaging and instructions on how to ship the products. Send the product within and no later that 15 (fifteen) days after receiving the confirmation email to: Mediafriends Srl, Viale Papiniano 49, 20123 Milan, Italy. The customer will return the goods by courier in the original carefully sealed packaging, stating the returns authorisation number communicated by Mediafriends Srl and will be responsible for all shipping expenses incurred by returning the old product and Tattoo Life Store will cover the shipping expenses incurred to send the new product. Under no circumstances will we accept any returns where the returns authorisation number is missing.
The amount due for returned goods will only be reimbursed after all the checks have been carried out on the returned order and have proved satisfactory. These checks monitor the conformity of the order and the period within which the return has been requested, which must be no longer than 15 (fifteen) working days from the date on which the parcel was received.
Following these checks, you will receive an email that confirms we accept your request to return goods. Within 30 days from the receipt of the return Mediafriends Srl. will credit to the customer the sum paid in the invoice, except costs of transport. Said refunds will be effected using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you request the refund to be made using a different means of payment. In this case, you will be charged all additional costs incurred to refund the amount to the different means of payment you choose.
If the customer chooses to exchange the product received, the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses incurred by returning the old product and Tattoo Life Store will cover the shipping expenses incurred to send the new product.
RETURN DUE TO DEFECT OR NONCONFORMITY
If the goods are damaged during transport (see information on transport) or defective, Mediafriends Srl will substitute the secured goods without extra charges.
To avail yourself of this right you must:
- Send written communication to Mediafriends Srl by e-mail email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of the goods, stating the order number, defective article, and details of the defect found. Mediafriends Srl will communicate the returns authorisation number and the details for the collection by the courier. Returns may be charged to Mediafriends Srl. Under no circumstances will we accept any return orders where the returns authorisation number is missing.
- Return the goods by courier in the original, carefully sealed packaging, stating the returns authorisation number communicated by Mediafriends Srl and the destination address. Mediafriends Srl will replace the goods in the shortest time possible.
